WhatsApp messages from Platoop
Platoop sends WhatsApp messages to talent and managers about their own timesheets only. No marketing, ever.
Opt-in, not automatic
WhatsApp messaging is off by default for every person and every message type. Someone has to turn it on, and a phone number has to be on file, before anything is sent.
What we send
When WhatsApp is turned on, these are the only messages we send:
- A reminder that a timesheet is due.
- A timesheet was approved.
- A timesheet needs changes.
- A manager commented on a timesheet.
- For managers: someone who reports to you submitted a timesheet.
Stopping messages
Reply
STOP
to any message and it stops immediately. We also recognize
UNSUBSCRIBE,
CANCEL, and
OPT OUT.
